Mr. Jasek is currently a partner with the firm, Prapavessis-Jasek. Frank has over 25 years experience as a Chartered Accountant, has served as a CFO for several start-up companies, and has sat on several Boards of both private and public companies.

Mr. Richard M. Stein, B.Sc. (Pharm.), FACA

During the past 15 years, Richard has specialized as a compounding pharmacist. He has been providing customized medications to meet patients’ unique and individual needs. Richard has served two terms as Regional Director for Canada on the Board of Directors of the American College of Apothecary and more recently on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Compounding Pharmacists.

Dr. Mark Scappaticci, B.Sc. (Hons), DAt, FCCSS, CKTI

Dr. Scappaticci completed his Fellowship in Chiropractic Sport Sciences in ‘95 and has played a role in the last 3 Summer Olympics and last 2 Winter Olympics games. He consults for the Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Maple Leafs and Chicago Black Hawks.

Dr. Jennifer M. Raoul, PhD

Dr. Raoul is a Patent Agent of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, a leading life sciences national law firm. Jennifer has a PhD in Pharmacology from Dalhousie University. Jennifer specializes in assessment of IP, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, due diligence and opinion work, related to all areas of life sciences.

Mr. Robert S. Taylor

As President and CEO of White-Oaks Consulting, Robert works with clients to provide strategic direction and governance of most company functions, including operations, business development, commercialization and medical, scientific and regulatory affairs. Robert’s clients include Meta Health Services, Oryx, Theramed, Rogers Communications, GSK and In Initiative Inc. Mr. Taylor has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with pharmaceutical giants, including Glaxo and Sanofi-Synthelabo, where he held senior positions, including director of sales and marketing.

Mr. Gabriele Gaetani

Gabriele is CEO of TWS, a large multi-national shipping and logistic company for pharma giant, The Comifar Group, as well as for products such as: Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi and Moschino. Gabriele was educated at the University of Siena, Italy in economics. Mr. Gaetani’s company has grown to have over 120 employees and TWS has offices in Asia, Eastern Europe, Western Europe and North America.

Mr. Dennis Beraldo B.A. B.Ed

Dennis served as Vice President Administration, Vice President Operations and co COO of the Venetor Group, one of the largest Independent Equipment Rental companies in North America. Dennis specializes in sales, marketing and public relations.

Dr.Angelo Frisina, B.Sc, (Biochem), D.C., RCCSS (c)

Dr. Frisina is the owner and Clinic Director of the multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic, Stoney Creek Rehab & Wellness Centre for over 23 years. He holds a Fellowship from the Royal College of Chiropractic Sport Science (Canada), is certified as a Functional Capacity Evaluator and Independent Chiropractor Evaluator for IME’s.

Dr. Frisina has treated and supervised the rehabilitation of patients with various injuries including, sports related and post operative surgeries, such as knee and hip replacements as well s motor vehicle accident and workplace injuries. He is also the CEO of Phases Rehab, a software company that provides a comprehensive exercise database system. This program is used in therapy clinics around the world to manage their patients and clients with rehabilitation and prescribed exercise routines.
